APR/SPP Clinic
The Federated States of Micronesia Department of Education joined the APR/SPP Clinich in San Francisco which was held on November 1-3 2010. The clinic was hosted by Western Region Resource Center (WRRC). The main objective of the clinic is to help the state teams with the necessary tools and resources to prepare their 2011 APR.

Some of the presentations and discussions were on (a) General Supervision, (b) Key Issues for February 2011 submissions, (d) Changes on data collections, and (e) Key fiscal issues. FSM team also received individual technical supports from other TA agencies that also attended this clinic.

FSM was represented by NDOE Division of Special Services and States Special Education Coordinators. The participants are Mr. Arthur Albert, Chief Division of Special Services, Mr. Miyai Keller, Special Education Assessment & Data Coordinator, Ms. Ethel James, Special Education Program Monitor, Mr. Likiaksa Elehsa, Kosrae Coordinator, Ms. Karlina Henry, Pohnpei Coordinator, Ms. Ansina Kony, Chuuk Coordinator, and Mr. John Bugulrow, Yap Coordinator.
